– การขัดข้องหรือความเสียหายจากความประมาทของผู้ซื้อจะไม่ได้รับการรับประกัน
– ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดตามความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์ และการตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Terms & Conditions for claiming products AFTERGLOW COLLECTION
– The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase or the date of received the product (online orders).
– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.
***Please take a video while unpacking the product as evidence for potential product claims.
Video = Evidence. (clearly showing the condition of the box and product without interruption).
However, if there is no evidence, we kindly request your understanding that we cannot process the product claim.
