– The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase or the date of received the product (online orders).
– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.

– ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน Fansign จะมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 500 ท่าน โดยจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ Pre-order ผ่านช่องทาง www.waawbkk.com และชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น
– สามารถสั่งซื้อ BILLKIN ‘Grow With The Flow’ Album Boxset (Special Edition) ได้ครั้งละ 2 ชิ้นต่อคำสั่งซื้อ หากต้องการซื้อเพิ่ม สามารถทำการล็อกอินสั่งซื้อใหม่ได้ ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง
– 1 Boxset จะได้รับ 1 สิทธิ์ โดยจะเป็นการสุ่มจากรายชื่อ ‘ชื่อผู้รับสินค้า’ ที่ระบุไว้ในการสั่งซื้อ ผ่านช่องทาง www.waawbkk.com โดยทุกรายชื่อที่สั่งซื้อภายในวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 – 15 มกราคม 2569 จะได้รับโอกาสลุ้นสิทธิ์เท่ากัน ลำดับการสั่งซื้อจะไม่มีผลกับการสุ่มรับสิทธิ์ Fansign แต่อย่างใด

– สถานที่จัดงาน BILLKIN ‘Grow With The Flow’ Album Fansign จัดขึ้นที่ โรงภาพยนตร์ SF World Cinema (ศูนย์การค้า centralwOrld ในวันที่ 2 – 3 พฤษภาคม 2569)
– ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดได้ตามความเหมาะสมของสถานการณ์ และการตัดสินใจของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Terms and Conditions for Entering BILLKIN ‘Grow With The Flow’ Album Fansign
– A total of 500 lucky individuals will be granted access to the Fansign event. This is exclusively for those who pre-order through www.waawbkk.com and have completed their payment.
– Customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of 2 boxsets per order. For additional purchases, customers may log in and place subsequent orders with no restriction on the number of attempts.
– Each boxset purchased grants 1 entry into the draw. Names will be randomly selected based on the ‘recipient name’ specified in the order through www.waawbkk.com. All orders placed between 1 December 2025 through 15 January 2026, will have an equal chance to win. The order of purchase will not affect the selection for the Fansign.
– If you pre-order more than 2 boxsets, you will be able to win the right to enter the event according to the number ordered. However, each winner is eligible for only 1 entry per name.
– Winners must present identification documents, and the name on the order must match the name on the ID card or passport used for verification.
– Winners are not allowed to exchange or transfer their rights to others.
– We kindly ask all purchasers to verify their order details for accuracy and completeness before completing the purchase.
– After the announcement of the 500 lucky winners, attendees must confirm their participation according to the details and deadlines provided by the organizers. If any winner cannot attend, the team will send the boxset, along with the artist’s autograph, to the address provided during the order, and no alternate winners will be selected.
– The artist will sign only 1 boxset per winner. Signing on other items or objects is not permitted.
