2. Each order placed on the website is limit 2 items / Order (Shipping costs are not included). This product cannot be purchased with other items. Please place a separate order.
3. If you would like to place an additional order, you may log in and place a new order without any limitations on the number of times.
4. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, modified the shipping address, or refunded.
5. Please make the payment within 20 minutes; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
6. Made to order products will be shipped within 90 days after the pre-order period ends.

– The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase or the date of received the product (online orders).
– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.
