2. Each purchase on the website is limited to 1 item per order (Shipping costs are not included). This product cannot be purchased with other items. Please place a separate order.
3. If you would like to place an additional order, you may log in and place a new order without any limitations on the number of times.
4. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, modified the shipping address, or refunded.
5. Please make the payment within 20 minutes; otherwise, the system will automatically cancel the order.
6. We’ll start delivery from November 2025 onwards. Shipping will start from the date available of shipping start. Processing time within 2-7 business days.

– Please show evidence of a video clip showing the damage of the product, the warranty letter, and the purchase receipt in case of a product claim (in the case of online orders, please show proof of purchase).
– Malfunctions or damages caused by the negligence of the buyer will not be covered by the warranty.
– The company reserves the right to change the details as appropriate to the situation, and the company’s decision is final.
